Future Champs beginner wrestling program starts up again Thursday September 12th. Practice sessions will run Thursdays 6:30PM-7:30 through November 14th. This a great preseason introduction for wrestlers planning on going out for their town teams this season.

Grab a few partners and come wrestle Live on Friday February 16th and Friday February 23rd 6:00-8:00PM. Parents, our neighbors, King’s Road Brewery , is offering 15% OFF your bill.

Winter Break technique clinics at Crew. Along with regular practices Wednesday and Thursday night, we’ve added these two day time clinics to the schedule. Practice times are normal 6:30PM-8:00PM with an emphasis on drilling and live wrestling. The clinic sessions will be technique only with some fun for the kids. Clinic cost is $40/day or $70 for both days. Contact Coach Dave for details!

Coach Kyle graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) today. Everyone’s wrestling career eventually comes to an end, the most important part of it all is who you become in the process. He learned the value of hard work through this sport and will succeed in life because of it. Congratulations buddy!
