Meet Doug: Doug Laughlin is a dedicated personal trainer with three years of experience, having graduated from Davis and Elkins College and earned his certification from ISSA.

Specializing in personal training, nutrition, strength and conditioning, exercise therapy, and corrective exercise therapy, Doug has built his expertise by working as an independent contractor, helping family and friends achieve their fitness goals.

He finds fulfillment in client interactions and witnessing their progress. Passionate about hiking, kayaking, working out, traveling, and spending time with loved ones, Doug draws inspiration from his father’s unwavering support and motivation.

His favorite exercise is the spider curl for bicep isolation, and he aspires to travel internationally. Guided by Oscar Wilde’s wisdom, “Be yourself; everyone else is already taken,” Doug embodies authenticity in all aspects of his life and work.

Meet Prescription Fitness Certified Personal Trainer Ed Eismont!

With a robust background in psychology and a deep commitment to fitness, Ed has been transforming lives through personal training since 2018. After a successful 18-year career in corporate America, Ed transitioned to personal training, inspired by their own positive experience with a personal trainer.

A motorcycle enthusiast and sports lover, Ed draws inspiration from Eric LeGrand, a former football player who became a successful entrepreneur despite being paralyzed. This spirit of overcoming adversity is central to Ed’s training philosophy and loves helping clients not only achieve their fitness goals but also build the mental resilience needed to maintain them.
