We have approximately 1600 fully-matured blueberry bushes on four acres, in over 7 varieties of bushes. We pride ourselves on our old-fashioned way of doing things. We don't use chemical pesticides or fertilizers, and we have a self-watering system for consistent yield.

We have created a Memorial Garden in honor of John & Delores Behun, the original founders of our berry farm. The sunflowers have bloomed and we are making individual sunflowers or arrangements available for purchase. Stop by the farm stand if you would like to purchase. $1/stem or $10/arrangement. While we are excited to be opening for our 27th season we will be missing Delores “Dee” Behun. My mom passed away this spring after battling cancer. She always enjoyed seeing everyone come out to the farm and meeting new customers season over season. She will be missed by all and the family appreciates all your thoughts and prayers during this time.
We will welcome you out to the farm starting this Wednesday, July 6th opening at 8a.

Our Story
Welcome, let’s get to know each other a bit. Here’s what we are about. At Boneta Road Berry Farm we have around 1600 fully-matured blueberry bushes with 7 different varieties covering four acres. There’s plenty to pick and we pride ourselves on slowing things down a bit for that more old-fashioned feel. My dad always worked it that way and I will always work it that way. We don't use chemical pesticides or fertilizers and we don’t machine pick the bushes. We do have a self-watering system that helps us keep the plants hydrated when Mother Nature forgets to water the fields but that’s as fancy as we get.
We have some great varieties to choose from when it comes to your tastes. Let me highlight a few of them for you. It’s only right that we start the month off with our Patriot variety for the red, white and blue 4th of July outings that everyone is sure to attend. A crowd pleaser with their large, tangy berries. Blue Ray and Blue Crop lead out our season next with large berries of their own that are fresh and sweet to taste with just a hint of tartness. So good muddled in a lemonade or summer beverage of choice! Jersey and Darrow start to bring us to the close of the season but don’t let them fool you. They just like to take their time. When you taste them you will understand. Jersey is a wonderfully sweet berry that’s great for cooking. Add them to muffins, pancakes, waffles... ICE CREAM! Darrow can grow to the size of a quarter and packs in a robustness that makes them worth the wait.
Please stop by and see us. Bring the family as well. We love the company.
Berries are $3.50 a pound. Cash/check please. We supply the buckets and you supply the fingers. Hours are every Tuesday and Saturday from 8a-6p or until the berries are gone. Check back for more info on the 2020 season.
