We realized that everybody is different and have individualized treatment plans for the college athlete to the overworked mom. What makes Christie Chiropractic unique? We start every visit with spinal rehab exercises and/or muscle stimulation to warm up not only the spine but the surrounding soft tissue. Then the magic happens…following your warm up, we provide you with a specific spinal and/or extremity adjustment. We also implement soft tissue techniques such as Graston Techniques and/or ART (Active Release Techniques or Pin and Stretch).
