Installer Feedback: We ask our customers to rate our installers and mention them in their reviews, fostering a culture of recognition and continuous improvement.
Follow-Up: Two months post-project, we check in with our customers to confirm ongoing satisfaction, demonstrating our commitment to lasting quality and service.
Qualifications:
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish to serve our diverse client base effectively.
Forklift Operation: Capable of operating a forklift or open to learning. We value safety and efficiency in all our operations.
Trailer Driving: Experience with driving a trailer is essential for transporting materials safely to our job sites.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily operations, ensuring the smooth handling of materials.
Construction Experience: Some background in construction or a related field is preferred, providing a solid foundation for understanding our projects.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve issues as they arise, maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for effective teamwork and customer interactions.
