What Comes With a Gmail Account? We are now holding drop in hours at the Milano Senior Center. We will be there on the first and third Monday of each month, from 1:00 to 2:30 pm. Open to all aged 60+.

This coming Sunday, October 20th, is Information Overload Day, a day to take a step away from our emails and texts and news channels and social media...

The amount of digital information that we are presented with on a daily basis just keeps growing, and taking a break every so often is a good idea. Perhaps take a moment today to reflect, and decide what information is important to you, and what you can filter out to make more time for the important stuff - and for regular breaks from the digital world!

Beyond the very regular ‘how to use Facebook’ queries, the most common questions we are asked are whether an account has been hacked, or whether a duplicate account has been created. Our blog post, Has My Facebook Been Hacked?, explains the difference. We see far more duplicated accounts than hacked ones, so hopefully that is reassuring! We also have posts about how to delete or deactivate an account, and how to memorialize one.
