Antique Dining Table & Chairs refinished for a client. This beautiful set was well loved and needed some TLC. I used Chocolate to do a wash/stain technique. The table top was sanded down and has two coats of Cappuccino SFO & one of Natural. The chairs were recovered in a lovely bird floral print from 🖌️ 🐦
Thank you for the business! It is gorgeous in your new home!
I picked up this box this summer for my son to use in his dorm room. He never used it so I claimed it & have been using in my home office.
The black and pewter wasn’t working for me so I painted it in Seaside. Added legs I found on and new k***s from . And tada now it’s a stylish accent table.
This classic Bombay console table has a sculpted table top, ribbed legs and small drawer for storage of personal items, the perfect size for most entranceways and great for narrow spaces.

This massive antique buffet was a labor of love! The veneer was removed from the top, a new bottom was installed and it has new modern hardware. I painted this with my client in mind. We had brainstormed for quite a while to find her the perfect piece to go in her newly remodeled kitchen/dining area. Her space is gorgeous & I cant wait to see this addition in there. The buffet is painted in Fusion Mineral Paint Soapstone. The top is a custom blend of Homestead House Paint Company Cappuccino & Golden Oak. Thank you so much Becky Tigert Pendleton for the business!
Sofa table painted in Fusion Mineral Paint’s Victorian Lace. The corners and detail are distressed. Those areas were highlighted with Cappuccino SFO.
Antique buffet refinished in Fusion Mineral Paint’s Soapstone & Homestead House Paint Company’s Golden Pine Stain & Finishing Oil. I love this combination.
I used to have a negative image of pine always thinking of orangey kitchen cabinets but man has this Golden Pine SFO changed my mind! It’s become my go to stain of choice. Combined with Soapstone is a fairy tale match!
Speaking of fairy tales, my client Leslie O'Neal Hathcock who is also a dear friend, will be hanging the coolest prints over this buffet. We worked together coming up with the perfect color to show off her art. They have lovely gold frames which will pop against the hardware and tones in the stain.
Leslie is kind of a Disney nut, she knows everything Disney! Give her a call to help you plan a MAGICAL Disney vacation!
Leslie & Steven, I cant wait to see all of it come together in your new home! Thank you so much for being a repeat customer! 💙
P.S. This is the buffet I posted a couple weeks ago asking your help deciding on a design.
It was an honor to refinish this buffet for a sweet family that needed a little extra storage for their dining area where they home school their children. My client has incredible style and knew she wanted a moody green. The timing was perfect! Fusion Mineral Paint’s Everett was released a couple days before the design consultation. When I showed her Everett she knew that was the one!
This color is gorgeous! Pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s a warm green with gray bronze undertones that somewhat changes colors every time you look at it.
Thanks so much to my awesome Fusion retailer Jennifer Payne-Williams, Allure Design & Creations for always supplying me with everything I need.
Nealy Kate DeShazo thank you so much for the business! 💚

UPDATE- The buffet has found its family. I’ve already had the design consultation and can’t wait to show you what she decided on. It’s going to be GORGEOUS!
I have a rare opportunity. I’ve come across this gorgeous antique buffet and want to custom paint it for someone. I do almost all commissioned work, so not often do I buy furniture to flip. I just couldn’t resist this beauty.
The second image is a collage of some of my favorite painted buffets. This is a statement piece and I feel like it’s made to shine. Oh how I’d love to see it green or black…but it’s not going in my house, but could be in yours. 😉 Please tell me what color you’d like to see it.
And most importantly, if you want this buffet to be yours please let me know ASAP. It’s 66” long, 20” deep & 37.5” tall.

Clearing out some inventory making room for some big projects coming up. Ash is one of my go to colors! It’s a beautiful shade somewhere between black and navy blue. It has the most lovely matte finish. The first little table was one side of a vanity that I separated. It has already found a home and I found a new friend. Loved getting to meet you, Sandy! The other table is coffee table height. New legs were added. It had a beautiful warm natural finish on top. It would be perfect in a small living room or keeping room. It has a drop leaf top that when open is 32”x28”.
Antique Buffet refinished in Fusion Mineral Paint Algonquin with Homestead House Paint Company liming wax over. The top & legs were stained with a warm brown wax. This gorgeous piece has a look to it. It is 60” long, 32” high & 20” deep.
These lovely pieces started out as a China Cabinet. They were my clients grandfather’s. They knew they could not part with them but they didn’t go with their new home. They were separated and both refinished in paisley with cappuccino sfo over. Feet were added to the hutch. It can now stand alone as a display cabinet. The top of the cabinet was stained in a custom mix of white, cappuccino & ebony sfo. It will be used in the foyer of their home. I love that they chose to keep it but make it their own. Thank you Shannon for the business (again 😉).
Vintage step end gossip tables refinished in for a client. Love the simplicity of these!
Thank you, Tori Champion! 🤍
Antique Bar Cart 🥂 refinished in with a base layer of peeping through. Finished off with over the paint. This was a commissioned piece for a client. Just in time for Christmas gatherings! 🎄Thank you Tori Champion!
Fun Christmas project for a client. His beloved nativity scene was in need of an update. The pieces were painted, given new colors, new faces, wardrobe upgrades and more. This was way out of my usual painting scope. Brought back the old art class days. Thanks John for giving me the opportunity! Merry Christmas!

I love the simplicity of this kitchen table set & barstools. The table top & seats of stools were sanded down to raw wood then bleached. When the black grain in the oak had all turned white, I sanded smooth then did a color wash of Fusion Mineral Paint & . After that I added a mixture of Homestead House Paint Company white, driftwood & ebony sfo to the tops. The table base, chairs & stools all painted in then I added in matte for protection.
This goes beautifully in my clients home! They have completely remodeled their entire house, their old oak furniture was just too nice to get rid of. They really don’t make quality pieces like this anymore. I am honored that they chose me to give it new life! It’s a perfect match in your kitchen! Thank you Regina Bell & Garry Bell!
100 year old Empire Style Library Table manufactured by St. James Tables in Cadillac, Michigan. The veneer was removed and sanded down to bare wood and stained in Dark Wax. It has a lovely buttery soft feel to it. The body was painted in Ash & lightly distressed.
This gorgeous multipurpose table would be great in any room of your home. It would make a lovely desk, dinette table, entry piece, game table & more. I purchased from a church fundraiser where it sat in their foyer with fresh cut flowers weekly & was used as a checkin table.
The dimensions are 45” wide, 28” deep and 29.5” tall.
Available for purchase $275
Tried a new technique my friend shared with me. I did it on a vintage vanity mirror I had picked up at an estate sale. Used oven cleaner to remove old finish. Sprayed it on then scrubbed with a wire brush & Brillo pad. After that I rinsed it off with the water hose & completely saturated it. Besides cleaning it, I wanted to raise the grain of the wood. Let it dry overnight, then added Liming Wax over the wood & Ta-Da! 💫💫💫
