The cafe menu is posted here, and we are planning to have a "soft" opening next week, assuming everything works out this week. Check back for more updates.

We should have all the equipment in and the cafe ready to go - but don't hold me to it! I am waiting on some cabinets and our drink equipment and don't know exactly when it arrives and can be installed. Have a happy Easter and look for more news soon. JB

Thanks everyone for signing up and for your comments. We are reviewing all of these and will be moving forward with some of your ideas. The first business for us is of course to get open, and I am thinking roughly April 15th.

Also, please let me know what you think about offering breakfast items, specifically: what times, how often would you come, and what types of items are most important. Any other questions or comments are welcome. Tell your friends to sign up as fans and check back often for updates on opening day, daily specials and more.

We are just getting started and the menu is currently still being finalized. The concept is fast-casual dining with everything from coffee and snacks, salads and sandwiches, to daily hot meal options with student-friendly prices. I would really love to hear from all of you about what items you would really like to have available - including specific brands.

This is John Bragg, and I wanted to introduce myself to everyone at BCHS. I am a chef, and I own a restaurant downtown called Circa by John Bragg. We have contracted with BCHS to operate an on-campus dining facility. We expect to be open sometime in early April, 2010.... I am very excited about starting up Circa Express and giving all the students, faculty and staff of BCHS some great food!.
