Since the beginning of the school year our Greater Memphis staff and volunteers have had the opportunity to share the Gospel weekly in front of over 1,000 student athletes and we have seen already seen 35 salvations.... that's 35 lives changed for eternity!! The Lord is at work in the lives of the next generation!! None of this would be possible without the financial gifts of our monthly financial partners. We have exciting news about the Run the Farms 5k. The Memphis Redbirds were kind enough to offer a prize for the 1st place winner of every age group. The top winner in each age group will win 4 free Memphis Redbirds tickets to a game of their choosing in 2025!

The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner in every age group will also win a medal.

Also, Fleet Feet Memphis will be giving a Fleet Feet gift card to the top three overall winners of the race! We are very thankful for the Memphis Redbirds and Fleet Feet Memphis for providing this for our race!

BIG NEWS‼️‼️‼️ We have partnered up with Memphis FCA Endurance Team to host our first ever 5k!!! The race will be on November 9th at 8am. The race will be held at Shelby Farms and will be professionally timed by the Memphis Runners Track Club. We are so thankful to have our first sponsor, Fleet Feet Memphis! The Lord has given us a great day for the Phil Dane Highschool Golf Tournament!!! The morning round is off and the afternoon round tees off at 1:30!

We have had 15 football players from multiple teams give their lives to the Lord THIS WEEK!! The Lord is at work in our city and in the lives of the next generation! It has been a great few days of our local football camp!! We couldn’t have done it without our church partners!! Thank you for serving food and sharing the gospel!!!!

We are so grateful to live in a country where we can freely worship and celebrate our freedom in Christ! We pray you are surrounded by friends and family as you celebrate our country’s birthday!

Today, we celebrate Juneteenth, the day in 1865 when the news of emancipation reached the enslaved African American people in Texas, marking a significant day.

This is a time to come together around Scripture's command for unity. We encourage you to reflect together on Matthew 22:37-39: “He said to him, 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and most important command. The second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.’"

These are the reasons we take kids to camp... They will hear the truth of Jesus, they will experience worship and lives will be changed for eternity!! We still need help to cover the costs of the 100 campers going from the Memphis area!! In less than 2 weeks we will take 2 buses and over 100 kids from our area to Competitor's Camp, in Knoxville, TN! We are so excited about this opportunity, the Lord has given our ministry!! Our FCA team is heartbroken at the loss of our Fayette/ Tipton County Director- Bryon O’Brien (Bob, as we affectionately called him).
