These duties include training new officers, protecting all sites, managing security officers in their area of responsibility and providing logistical support to maintain field operations.

Must have a good working knowledge of management practices and principles. Assistant Operations Manager
Essential Job Functions:
• Evaluate services using audit tools provided to ensure quality of service
• Assist with the management of client service calls
• Provides support during client start-ups
• Manage Field Supervisors to provide strong support with guidelines and training.
• Investigate disciplinary reports from Field Supervisors and senior management to ensure compliance and achieve resolutions for client satisfaction.
