We're so excited to see everyone we've missed during quarantine! Here are a few things to keep in mind at your next appointment as we try to keep you and our staff safe and healthy.

We will be adhering to the current health department guidelines for re-opening. All stylists will wear cloth masks, guests are asked not to come if they feel sick and to please refrain from bringing friends with you to your appointment. Also there is no waiting inside the salon so please wait in your car, and we will notify you when your stylist is ready.

We will be contacting anyone who has missed their appointment in the last 5 weeks. Additionally, you can go online www.newyousalonandspa.com and schedule your appointment, or call the salon (901)383-4610!

Barbershops, salons allowed to reopen in Shelby County on Wednesday Shelby County Mayor Lee Harris is allowing salons and barbershops to reopen.

We can't wait to be back in the salon! Your stylists miss you as much as you miss them (maybe more 😉). We will let you know as soon as we have an "OPEN" date. Until then, stay safe and !

****We know you miss us as much as we miss you!! And we know that some of you may be in need of your hair products. We will be open from 10-2 this Thursday and Saturday offering curbside pick-up. Please comment or message what you need. This ensures that we have what you need in stock.

You can pay over the phone when you arrive to pick up your products and we will bring it out to you.

As most of you are aware, Mayor Strickland has executed a "safer at home" mandate for all non-essential businesses to begin today at 6:00 p.m. and is scheduled to end on April 7.

We will be in the salon today until 6:00. If you are unable to get an appointment today, we will contact you as soon as the order is lifted to get you back on the schedule.

As always, we value the health and safety of our guests above all else. So please stay home, and stay safe as we navigate this pandemic together.

Our guests care and comfort are always our top priority. We are taking precautions to protect our guests and staff during this uncertain time. We are disinfecting styling stations and chairs between guests, and have removed toys from the children's area and magazines from the waiting area. As always, we are using clean capes, towels, and tools on each guest.

We do ask that if you have any symptoms or are not feeling well that you please reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your patience and support, and we will continue to monitor the situation and update on social media if there are any changes.
