Why Van Vleet Flats got it's name 🏢💊👇

Built in 1917 by Van Vleet-Mansfield Drug Co., this historic gem was one of the country's largest drug firms at the time for the production and distribution of pharmaceuticals.

In 2011, the building was renovated to included 60 loft apartments + mixed use development such as Tamp & Tamp and Fulmer Cos. headquarters and distribution center.

Today its charm lives on with original features like concrete floors and a package-processing spiral chute. The Van Vleet Flats logo, featuring a mortar and pestle, pays tribute to its medicinal past.
