䷤ At Bailey Parks Urethane, almost 100 percent of our tooling is done in-house, using steel, aluminum, and composite materials. Our state-of-the-art machine shop ensures quick turnaround times, allowing us to design and build plastic injection molds, compression molds, open-cast molds, and centrifugal casting molds, among others. We are genuinely a TurnKey shop, from design to finished parts.

䷤ Our tooling department supports our roller division by building roller cores and repairing damaged rollers before recovering. With MIG, TIG, and STICK capabilities, our welding and fabrication shop can develop or improve roller cores to any specification. We also machine new roller cores and can produce large quantities of precision roller cores, pins, and spindles.
