Through our partnership with Literacy Mid-South, their Out-of-School Time tutoring partners took a "shopping" trip to our Knowledge Tree donation center last week to gear up on back-to-school supplies - for free! The donation center is an invitation-only wonderland of all kinds of teacher/classroom supplies--many of which deal with literacy support and reading fluency.

We had the privilege of meeting two new MSCS board members this back to school season!! Tamarques, Sable and John (general manger of 88.5FM), we are so excited for you on join the MSCS team. Last week, Knowledge Tree was privileged to host school psychologists and behavior analysts from Memphis Shelby County Schools in our donation center at our Summer location! School psychologists are a vital part of serving our students’ mental health and academic needs, and we were honored to donate over $5k worth of specialized supplies to help them better serve students. School psychologists and other student support professionals can find all sorts of great products for their students here at KT!

We love our school psychologists and we hope they have a fantastic school year! 🖍️🧠♥️📝

We had so much fun rounding up donations for Stevie Moore with Freedom From Unnecessary Negatives/FFUN. We loved being involved in their supply drive this year. We know that the Back to School season can be exhausting. The stores are packed, it is so hot outside, you can’t always find what you need for school, and you don’t have much time to prepare. Ramping up the Back to School season is hard work. As a local, family-owned, small business, we are so thankful to see everyone’s smiling faces and positive attitudes!!
