Margot appreciation post!

It is with mixed emotions that we announce that this week will be Margot’s last at Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen. She is headed to nursing school this fall and we are extremely proud of her. Margot radiates hospitality and we have no doubt that this trait will remain with her in her new career.

Margot came to us as a student at Rhodes college looking for a part time job while she finished undergrad. She started her career with Enjoy AM as a host at Catherine & Mary’s in early 2020, and we quickly noticed her potential with the company. She was moved to a server position, where we really saw her shine - she was a natural with her guests and it was evident that she firmly believed in what we were trying to accomplish. In the summer of 2022, Margot was promoted to AGM of Hog & Hominy. After almost a year at Hog & Hominy, she expressed interest in managing at Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen, where she has been the general manager since the Spring of 2023.

We are really going to miss her (and her stories), but we are excited for her and her new career path. Come & see her this week to wish her well. We love you Margot, thanks for all that you have done!
