Freight Bill Auditor / Data Entry

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to type information into our database from paper documents and audit for correctness. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.

Hatfield and Associates located in Memphis TN is looking for a SQL developer to join their team. The developer will review and design database tables and structures working with our staff to stream line day to day activity.

I40 bridge crack

With the I40 bridge closed indefinitely due to a Fatique Crack it will be interesting to see how we adapt going from Arkansas/TN

3 options exist to cross
1. Use I55 bridge and it has a 45 minute wait to cross

2. Go south to Greenville MS and use US 82

3. Use the I555 bridge between Caruthersville Mo and Dyrsburg TN

Freight Bill Auditor / Data Entry

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to type information into our database from paper documents and audit for correctness. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.

Responsibilities:
Transfer data from paper formats into TMS
Type in data provided directly from freight invoices
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Update existing data
Audit freight invoices according to contracted rates on file

Skills
Proven experience as data entry clerk - preferred
Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
Good command of English both oral and written
Great attention to detail
High school degree or equivalent

As a reminder National Truck Inspections are scheduled from Tuesday 5/4/2021 thru Thursday 5/6/2021. This typically leads to truck shortages around these dates. Many Independent Truckers choose to sit out these days.
