Healthy Kids & Teens, Inc.

Healthy Kids and Teens, Inc. is a health, nutrition, and fitness organization helping America fight against childhood obesity. So join us in the fight!

What started as a personal mother and daughter weight-loss journey, Healthy Kids and Teens was born in 2006 by one mother of three who desired to teach her children and others the importance of healthful foods and adequate fitness. Healthy Kids and Teens empowers children with knowledge, holds children accountable and encourages parent/guardian support. Our motto is: It takes a village to raise healthy children.
