Join us in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month
National Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15. Why the two-month cross-over? This time period spans the Independence Day celebrations of Belize, Chile, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico and Nicaragua.
First started as Hispanic Heritage Week in 1968, it was expanded to a month by President Ronald Reagan in 1988.
These young individuals have inspired us to see hope for the future. They are the future & we are so proud of them for making one move that could change their lives for the better!
The Collective Blueprint, Career Experience Program is providing fundamental lessons for them &we are happy to be partners on this project. Take time to read their “WHY” & take today to figure out YOURS.🧑🧑🧒🧒

This weekend , Memphis celebrated the Southern Heritage Orange Mound Parade, an annual event that pays tribute to the rich cultural legacy of the Orange Mound neighborhood. The parade showcased vibrant floats, spirited marching bands, and a lively community atmosphere that highlighted the neighborhood's historical significance and pride. As families and friends gathered along the route, they enjoyed a lively display of local talent and traditions, reflecting the deep-rooted heritage of Orange Mound and reinforcing its place as a cornerstone of Memphis's cultural identity. This weekend we were able to provide some of the participants from the Beyond The Stage Event a chance to network post the the show. 🎤
We hosted the Speed Networking Event that allowed the kids to connect with some world renowned artists & talents from all over. Many that have worked with superstar legends like Micheal Jackson, Mariah Carey, & more. They spoke with the students about music, business etiquette, artist development, & professionalism. ⭐️
