It’s truly the MOST wonderful time of the year for us at Artisent Floors! 🎄 It’s so rewarding to have the entire Artisent Family under one roof to reflect on + celebrate an incredible year—something that would not be possible without the Griffith family. Their generosity, support and kindness know no bounds and we are deeply grateful for all they continue to do.

🏌️Our management team gathered at our HQ in Memphis a few days prior to our big holiday celebration to learn, train + brainstorm on the future of Artisent, ending with a much-deserved day of fun at the golf course!

🚚 On Saturday morning, we held our inaugural Forklift Rodeo at our Memphis warehouse. To say it was a blast is an understatement! Congratulations to our winners:

Earlier this month, our Jackson, MS team joined forces with The Junior League of Jackson to renovate a dorm for The Mississippi School for the Blind and Deaf. Serving others has always been at the heart of our company’s purpose, and we feel grateful to be able to take on special projects to assist those in our community, especially children. ❤️

Let’s hear it for this year’s TAA Carl P. Lattimore, Jr. Supplier Volunteer of the Year — our very own Tia Kendall! Tia is an account manager on our Tulsa team, and was presented with this (much-deserved!) award at Tulsa Apartment Association’s Zenith Awards. She has the biggest heart and is a huge asset to our Tulsa team. She commits countless hours towards helping make TAA events special and memorable for both attendees and our Artisent team. Congratulations on this prestigious award, and thank you for all that you do!

We’re celebrating TWO big milestones for our Little Rock crew this week. 🎉 Branch Manager Johnny Burton + Account Manager John Bubbus joined the Artisent Family TEN years ago! Thank you, both, for a decade of hard work and dedication!

The Artisent Family is growing quickly, so we’d like to take a second to shine a spotlight on a HUGE asset to our training team, Corporate Trainer Terry Via.

🚚 Introducing Truckin’ Artisent 🚚

On Tuesday, Oct. 3, Truckin’ Artisent departed on its inaugural run, from Memphis to Kansas City. Through the launch of this program, we are able to manage our own fleet and create operational flexibility that will drive a competitive advantage. The fleet currently consists of two trucks that will service the majority of our network. Allie and Joe Lane are our western drivers, and Tonia Bethune is our eastern driver. The program is lead by Steven Taylor, with Luis Galindo as our dispatcher planner. We are very proud to have launched this venture that positions us to offer an even greater level of service to our customers!

Last week’s Apartment Association of Greater Memphis Golf Scramble was tee-rific! ⛳️ We’re so proud to be part of this community. Thank you to all of our customers + friends who came to visit with us, and thank you to all those who worked hard to make this golf outing the best (by par)!

Saturday marked a very special milestone for Memphis Account Manager Austin Weaver—a decade with Artisent Floors! 🎉Please join us in congratulating Austin. Here’s a special note of gratitude from Memphis Branch Manager Ben Grisham:

Since Austin joined Artisent Floors as an account manager in September 2013, the Memphis branch has seen tremendous growth, much of which he is responsible for. His motivation and dedication to both the company and the customer have proven to be an invaluable asset. Through his relentless commitment to providing exceptional customer service, he has built strong, long-lasting relationships, ensuring our customers feel valued and appreciated. The trust and loyalty that his customers have for him is remarkable, and that is all Austin—that's just who he is. We are truly grateful for Austin, but we are also so very proud of him and all that he has achieved over the last 10 years. The Memphis branch would certainly not be where it is today without him. It has been incredibly fulfilling to watch him grow, not only as an account manager, but also as a husband, father and close friend. Team Des Moines is having a *ball* ⛳️ and working hard at today’s GIAA: Greater Iowa Apartment Association Annual Golf Outing. It’s been a beautiful day, and we’ve been fortunate to spend some time with several of our wonderful customers. Thank you to the committee at GIAA for putting on a lovely event at an amazing course!

Our Kansas City team was in the spirit of service 🏐🎗️at last month’s Asphaltic Surfaces LLC Charity Volleyball Tournament, benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City. We were proud to take part in and sponsor this philanthropic event!

What better way to wrap up our series than by honoring this hardworking group from our Memphis warehouse! Memphis Branch Manager Ben Grisham shares his gratitude for Dylan, Kevin, Luis + Austin below:

With our Memphis warehouse sharing the warehouse with the Distribution Center, we often face many obstacles and additional challenges to work through. Each one of these guys is always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, no matter what those challenges may be. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail and team-first mentality are vital to the success and accuracy of all things inventory for us. There are many long nights, tons of early mornings and countless busy hours in between that these guys handle with great attitudes and willingness to help in any way. On the sales side of things, we honestly would not be where we are today without these guys killing it behind the scenes. As Luis transitions into his new role with the logistics team, he's also training Dylan to continue managing the Memphis warehouse with great efficiency to maintain the extremely high standards he set for the warehouse manager. Mixed emotions for sure with Luis leaving, but I know Dylan is more than capable to pick up where Luis left off.

At times, warehouse workers may seem to be a thankless position, but we hope these guys know how much we truly appreciate all the work they do to keep this train rolling at full speed, we could not do what we do without them. Thank you, guys!!
