Harold Moss, Senior VP, was pleased to present a $113,433 from Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® 2024 Make-A-Wish Golf Tournament to Make-A-Wish Mid-South. The Wish Child, Rilynn, learned that her wish to go to the Mall of America was being granted at the golf tournament. The Boyle employees that were involved with the tournament as players were, Jud Lindsey, Matt Hayden, Tom Hutton, Robert Roll and Donnie Coln. As volunteers at the tournament were Jamie Dye, Dena Forbes and Brenda Hohorst.

Boyle is proud to support the Collierville Education Foundation (CEF) with an annual gift of $10,000 for five years. Boyle employees Gary Thompson, Les Binkley, Jason Walters, Dena Forbes, Judd Lindsey and Anne Brand were pleased to present the check to CEF and Collierville Mayor Stan Joyner at our Water Tower District at Schilling Farms. Boyle has a number of developments throughout the Collierville area and we are committed to ensuring that the school system remains strong for the residents of our communities. The CEF directly supports Collierville teachers in the classroom and allows them to buy additional materials to expand instruction to their students. We commend CEF founder John Green for establishing this important non-profit which to date has awarded more than $1.4 million in grants to Collierville teachers.

It's official, we have secured full occupancy for the new 990 pad at the entrance to our Meridian Cool Springs development with the announcement of Handel's Homemade Ice Cream and Little Hats Italian Market. Boyle was pleased to once again sponsor the Commendation Ceremony for the Memphis Police Department’s fallen officers. Property managers Dena Forbes and Daniel Parker, who regularly work with MPD to keep our properties safe and secure, represented us at the event. Dena accepted the award on behalf of the company from MPD Chief CJ Davis. Dena has done a tremendous job developing and maintaining an excellent relationship with MPD and Colonel Moffatt of the Appling Farms Precinct, whom we can text or call any time of day for support.

Congratulations to Mark Halperin who was inducted into the Commercial Hall of Fame by the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) at the Pinnacle Awards for his 50-plus years in Memphis commercial real estate. “Over the past 50-plus years, Mark has seen a lot in the Memphis market with many economic cycles, fluctuations, interest rates, capital markets, but he’s always been a glass-half-full type of guy,” said Matt Hayden, President & CEO of Boyle, who presented the award. “Mark has been a champion for Boyle, but importantly also a champion for Memphis.”

Growth continues at our McEwen Northside development as construction begins on “Block E" - a 300,000-square-foot, nine-story, mixed-use building.

With an anticipated completion date of Spring 2025, three high-profile tenants (TMPartners Architects, Oak Hall, and Designed Conveyor Systems) announce plans to call the $125 million addition home. Oak Hall will be the first retail concept to join the building’s growing tenant list on the ground level. Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS) is one of the anchor tenants of Block E. TMP, the architect behind Block E, will also move its headquarters to the new building.

Block E will take the McEwen Northside district to approximately 80 percent completion. Complete with interactive streetscapes and vibrant public art, Block E will be adjacent to McEwen Northside’s iconic Central Park, a thriving community gathering place.

International Paper hosted a Cop Stop breakfast at International Place IV for local law enforcement. Dena Forbes, Jud Lindsey and Harold Moss represented Boyle to show support for International Paper and the Memphis Police Department and the Shelby County Sheriff Department.

Boyle is a proud sponsor of Memphis Tiger football and enjoyed hosting Make-A-Wish Mid-South at the game along with a presentation on the field with the group. Representing Boyle was Senior Vice President Harold Moss and wish kids, Jackson, Jake, Trenton, Layton, Elena, and Alyssa.

This year marks the 90th anniversary of Boyle Investment Company, which hosted a luncheon for 135 employees from our Memphis and Nashville offices. A history book on the company was published and unveiled at the event, and the employees presented a gift to the company owners: two benches in their honor that will be placed at The Dixon Gallery & Gardens. President Matt Hayden said, “We’ve built a strong company because the Boyle and Morgan families, from the beginning, have been committed to developing for long-term value. Our success also can be attributed to the hard work, talent and dedication of our longtime employees.” The company has 40 employees who have been with the company for 20+ years.
