Today we had a cookout to kick off summer with our Health Home Team! What a great day to kick off the SUMMER... 🌞🍔🌭 Thank you all it was a great time with tasty food.

June 13 is observed as National W**d Your Garden Day. Every good gardener knows that weeding is as essential to gardening as watering the plants or enriching the soil with fertilizers. W**ds grow very fast and if you are inattentive, they might even deprive other plants of nutrition and space. We recommend weeding regularly since it can become overwhelming if the garden is left unattended for long periods.

It's Community Health Improvement Week. Together, with our incredible partners, we're striving to make a difference in individual lives through stronger, healthier, and happier communities. It remains our vision to improve the quality of life in the United States by transforming the delivery of healthcare services.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of assisting Veterans in planting a Memorial Garden just for them. Also, we had the first Vet to Vet Café which turned out really well. Lots of communication between the Veteran's who attended. We look forward to getting together next month with such wonderful folks.

Join us this Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month in honoring our loved ones by raising awareness, supporting research, and cherishing every moment together.

Today staff here at Hospice got to go help play Bingo with residents and bring a snack for them to enjoy at Menominee Health Services. It was a pleasure to assist them and have fun at the same time.

World Environment Day is celebrated annually on June 5th and encourages awareness and action for the protection of the environment. It is supported by many non-governmental organizations, businesses, government entities, and represents the primary United Nations outreach day supporting the environment.

Staff picked Clara as our Top Banana of the Month for May. She is always willing to help out when and where she can. She is an amazing Nurse! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication we appreciate you.

The first Sunday of June is an important day as we celebrate those who have survived the brave battle with cancer.🎗️

On May 28th people around the world show their support for people with blood cancer.

In honor of the brave souls who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. May their courage inspire us to live with purpose and gratitude.
