Just in time for the 4th, Fort Thomas, Kentucky's Tower Park playground opened! This $3.6M improvement project upgraded the previous park to ensure it would be accessible to everyone. Congratulations to the city, Human Nature, Inc., Prus Construction, and Midstates Recreation for an amazing playground that people will enjoy for years to come.
Today was a beautiful day for the grand opening of Conneaut Public Library's new event center stage! There was a formal ribbon cutting, games, music, and even a dance party still to come! We are happy you like the new space!
Jennifer Brown has been promoted to Client Development Lead. In this leadership role, she will be focused on growing our account footprint in the Great Lakes Region and furthering the development and delivery of successful strategies to achieve our growth goals.
Jennifer, a shareholder of the firm, previously served as an economic development, project development, and funding strategist for CT. She assisted clients in the development, implementation, and conformance of capital improvement projects.

CT's Lindsey Jakovljevic and Emily Urbania attended a volunteer tree-planting event at Daniels Park in Willoughby, OH. Chagrin River Watershed Partners, Inc. hosted this Earth Day event. The City of Willoughby received an H2Ohio grant to complete a stream restoration project along the Chagrin River behind Daniels Park. Lindsey and Emily had a great time planting native wetland trees and shrub species along the bank of the stream restoration.

Big congratulations to Tess Lannon for passing her FE exam! The Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam is the first of two examinations that engineers must pass to be licensed as a Professional Engineer. Great job, Tess!
Exciting news! Justin Haselton, CT's Cleveland Region Leader, recently passed his FS Exam. Justin aced this exam, which tested his knowledge of surveying fundamentals. Next, he says, is the Principles and Practice of Surveying (PS) exam.
Wow! Look at this stunning solar panel installation at Chargin Falls' wastewater treatment plant. The $1 million solar installation was partially funded with grants and will help control the plant's electrical costs. CT provided construction services, with YellowLite as the contractor. Jared Bowen joins our team as a project engineer. Jared attended Iowa State University, where he obtained his BS in Civil Engineering. He has over seven years of experience in site design, including grading, earthwork analysis, utilities, and stormwater management systems. Welcome Jared!
John Zampino, an Ohio VAP Certified Professional, has joined CT as Senior Environmental Program Manager. He has over 30 years of experience in Phase I environmental site assessments, underground storage tank closures, hydrogeologic site investigations, wetland delineations, asbestos and lead surveys, brownfield redevelopment, landfill monitoring, and post-closure certification. Welcome John!
2024 is already proving to be a big year for our staff! The latest congratulation goes to CT's Alan Frygier for passing his PE exam. Alan has experience with asset management plans, city- and county-wide hydraulic models, and booster station design. He is also the co-chair of FLOC (Future Leaders of CT), whose mission is to develop CT's young professional's communication, business development, and leadership skills.

Congratulations to CT’s Reuben Shaw II on his new role as Commissioner for the Euclid Ohio Shade Tree Commission.
