This week kicks off International Bookmobile Parade Week. Stop by one of our sites this week and explore the Bookmobile! Anyone who signs up for a library card or checks out books gets 1 children's book to take home, while supplies last.
We'd also like to hear from you, what programs you'd like to see at our sites. Please fill out one of our comment cards while visiting. We'll be doing a raffle drawing 1x a day this week for those who turns in a comment card.

Congratulations to our winners of our Summer Reading Program Teen Prizes!! Teens were given the opportunity to enter into a couple of drawings if they filled out a survey regarding the Summer Reading Program they attended. Every branch had a small giveaway prize (a portable charger), and then we had a grand prize for the entire county (a gaming chair!).
I want to congratulate Merced's branch prize winner, Olivia! And I want to give a HUGE congratulations to our county-wide winner, Ivan!! Yes, the picture with the box :)
The surveys that were filled out by teen participants helps make teen programs better, so I want to thank everyone who filled out a survey for our Mary Hofmann Teen Central this summer. We hope to see you next year!!

This is a reminder that there are 5 more days to log books to count towards 1000 BBK 2024 Graduation. If your child is close to 1000, now is the time to read and log those books before Saturday, August 31st.
