With all the new technology that has been built into vehicles helping to increase the cost of repair, the CA State Minimum Coverage Limit of 15/30/5 for Personal Auto is inadequate and one of the lowest in the nation.
In fact, they have been inadequate for years, even for drivers with minimal personal assets at risk.
Effective January 1st 2025, the CDI has mandated that the minimum Liability Limits for a Private Passenger auto be raised to 30/60/15 for California.

We are a local, family owned business. If you’ve come to Executive Edge for insurance, you were probably referred by one of our MANY friends who have a tendency to say nice things about us behind our backs! For over 10 years, we have taken care of many Merced residents & we usually meet them during escrows. Buying a home can be a stressful task for buyers and getting stuck with a bad insurance policy is the last thing they need. Local Realtors and Loan Agents have known that Executive Edge is the go-to place for insurance for their own property, so it’s sensible that they sent you here too. It could be months before you sit down to look at your insurance policies after a major life event such as buying a home, and they know you’ll be set up well with us from the start.
But! Did you know that while Executive Edge ROCKS real estate transactions, we can ROLL too? We mean the highways. Oh yes, auto insurance is spoken here.
