The 3rd Saturday is almost here. Sign up and join us for a nice cool hike in Pinecrest. There will be 2 hiked available, Pinecrest and Cleo's Bath. Pick your journey. Pincrest loop is 4 miles while Cleo's Bath is approximately 10 miles. RSVP by Friday, June 21st, at 5 pm.

This year I am challenging myself to the 10K in Monterey. Y'all I hate walking and running and being outside but I love to challenge myself and to keep striving forward in my fitness journey. I know i won't place top 3 but i can enjoy the journey that I'm onJoin us it will be worth it.

FitFusion Elite is coming! Beginning May 20th you will no longer have to choose between personal training and group training. You will be able to have a customized 1 on 1 session with a trainer and then attend 2 semi-private training sessions weekly.
THIS IS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS! This means that you will be able to work on exactly what your body needs in your 1 on 1 personal training sessions and still have the high energy environment and community engagement that a semi-private atmosphere offers.
Trainings are focused on building strength, burning a high amount of calories, nutritional guidance, fitness challenges, an encouraging environment, and a support system that will hold you accountable.
Beat the heat and join us in Pine Crest and you get to choose the hike! Do you want to go the hard route with Cleo's Bath or do we want to ease into it with a moderate hike first? Whichever gets the most picks that's the one we'll do. Let us know by commenting below.

Getting started is the hardest part, but now it's easier than ever. All you need is a little motivation and a friend.
Bring yourself and a friend for FREE to one of our group classes February 12th -16th. We have 4 classes to choose from, 4:30 am, 100:00 am, 4:30 pm or 5:30 pm. Build strength and confidence while learning how to lift properly to exceed your goals.
As we age, our bodies need strength and endurance to help us move and feel better. In our semi private group training sessions you will increase your muscle mass, improve your cardiovascular fitness, learn how to eat for your goals, and will be surrounded by an energetic community invested in helping you get the most out of your workouts.

Here is our first 5 months of hiking schedule. We are starting off with shorter hikes and will progress towards the end of the year. Everyone is welcome, carpool is usually available, and fun I a given. Join us but RSVP the night before so we don't leave you behind.
Our Spartan dates are out. Come, challenge yourself, and join us.
If you want and even bigger challenge, we have a few going to Big Bear and doing the 10K.
Yesterday was our last Spartan of the year and Tia's 14th birthday. We ran a ton and had to walk in freezing cold water but it was a good day. I went further onnthe fat monkey bars than ever before and Paula completed her first Spartan! Tia was amazing and cannot wait to do it again.
We have 4 Spartans, 3 5Ks and a 10K run along with a few hikes planned out for next year.

Last month of rge year. Can you believe it, year end already?
We still have 31 days to strive towards our goals. That means we are still working out, getting adequate rest, drinking enough water, building strength, and improving our cardio.
We have our last Spartan on December 10th, so if you've ever wanted to do a Spartan, you still have time. Don't second guess yourself. Just come out and have fun.
Also, if you have wanted a personal trainer or wanted to join our semi-private personal groups, now is the time! For some reason, everyone waits until January when the gym is packed and scheduling a trainer gets difficult.
Work hard, play hard all month long.
