Happy Valentine’s Day everybody. One of the things that I love about Chiropractic is it makes such a huge difference in peoples lives. The tool that I’m using here is Koppes the white strap and that really helps increase the disk space and one of the things that we do is postural correction and we always have more disk space so it actually makes you a lot taller. If you’re feeling stiff tight, don’t have as much range of motion messaged me and I’d like to offer you a couple adjustments on means you can see how it feels. I can make a huge difference.

What we focus on in our life is what we get. I know from personal experience. If you don’t have a plan if you don’t have a goal if you don’t have a vision you’re going to be stuck in the rat race. The rat race is not fun it’s like being in a hamster wheel, doing the same thing over and over and over and like Groundhog Day, as we get older and life wears us down, we lose our vision we lose our ability to dream. Use your imagination like a little kid think of your best life. Think of what you want. Think of the good you could do. It’s a battle you have to constantly try to fight the negative programming from your paradigm. It’s possible I’m doing it you can too be diligent you’re good enough you’re worth it you can do anything creed that vision and manifest it.

One of the things I suffer with is severe anxiety. I had a lot of stuff happpen over a ten year period.

I spend a lot of time learning and studying it and trying to understand myself. As my mentor Bob Proctor says if I can understand you I can understand me.

Anxiety comes from fear. Fear comes from not knowing. If we know how to do something and we feel confident doing it it won’t cause us anxiety or at least limit it.

Here are my top things I do daily to manage this.

1) spend time in gratitude
2) have faith and focus on what I want as opposed to what I fear.
3) exercise - is huge
4) stretching - we get toxins and stress hormones released and they accumulate when we are in fight or flight.
5) Supplements
6) Journaling and writing out what you want. Write out that you are grateful multiple times daily that you have achieved your goal
7) create a list of 3-6 things a day you need to do to bring you closer to your goal.
8 I am statements written out
9) Take action
10) study / learn and understand the mind

I have often worried and stressed about what I need to do. Don’t overthink it just do it. Move closer to the goal every day by completing the action steps.
This has been one of the hardest things I have ever done. I am grateful though that every day and in every way I’m getting better. Oh and yeah we are human so you will fall off the horse. When you do keep your head up and get back on. You got this. Message me if you want to learn more

One of the things I love about what we do is how it restores function. Most people do not have perfect posture. If the spine is not lined up it will not move correctly.
