She loved it so much that in 2005 she studied at Lotus Palm school in Montreal to get certified. Fabienne emphasizes alignment, the communication of the body with the breath, and the life force energy flowing. She ensures that her clients are left feeling heard and cared for. Thai massage will increase the range of motion in your joints and muscles and can also improve your posture.
When done, usually people feel both energized and super relaxed at the same time.
Research has shown Thai massage to beneficial for pain relief and for easing symptoms of anxiety.
