A huge THANK YOU goes out to Meridian Meat & Sausage for putting up with me for the last few weeks and trying to get to my perfect grind on our SAUSAGE !!! Rene & Gavin are amazing.... The butcher shop is one of my favorite places to hang out and talk MEAT of course, so it is totally amazing to have the 5 minutes down the street and a neighbor... Thank you guys and I am sorry my that my last butcher spoiled me to death... You will get use to me !!!!!!!! Go see these guys and pick up what you need for your backyard BBQ or anything really ... They are kind and most of all gracious ! We thank you !!!!!!!!!!

Huge thank you to all the people City of Meridian, Idaho - Government !!! I will say that they were extremely helpful and friendly at guiding us through our approval process !!! So excited to be part of this growing area !!! Now let’s get SMOKIN”!
