Twenty days ago, we opened after a stressful couple of months and so much uncertainty. Not knowing what we were walking into, how people were going to react, how we were going to keep everybody safe, and how we would survive financially. I am happy to say that things are going quite smoothly. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank my staff and our clients. Our staff has so generously purchased their PPE equipment and some of their supplies to help us. They have come BACK to work, working completely new hours, following an immense amount of new rules, getting swabs stuck up their nose every two weeks for testing, and wearing enough PPE equipment as if they were going into surgery! I know it has not been easy, but I am so proud and thankful of how everyone has handled the situation. Equally, our clients have been so thoughtful, grateful, and generous. We have received numerous cards, plants, flowers, wine, baked goods, well wishes, and all-around such enormous generosity. We would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. It means so much to have such a network of support❤️

WELCOME BACK💪🏼!! After 2 1/2 long months we are back❤️ We have prepped to adhere to all New York State guidelines🙏🏻

Protocols and procedures:

Listed below are our safety protocols, as we enter phase two. I would like to thank everyone for their cooperation, and please do not hesitate to ask if anything is unclear.

1-Please arrive in a timely manner for your appointment. We ask that you please wait in your car before entering the salon. You may text your stylist (if you have their number) or call the front desk before entering.

2-Before entering the salon please make sure you have your mask on. This is a New York State guideline that everyone in the salon must be wearing a mask.

3-Please use the front entrance as this will help us with checking all our guests in. Everyone’s temperature will be taken at the front desk, and logged. If a temperature of 99.9 or higher is recorded we will not be able to preform your hair service. If no fever is recorded you will be directed to your stylist.

4-When coming into the salon for your appointment, we ask to please do not bring any guests. Even if you live in the same household, we ask that only one guest to come in at their designated appointment time. This is because we are trying to limit the number of people in the salon as per NY state guidelines. Children/minors may be accompanied by an adult.

5-If you suspect you are sick or have recently come into contact with another person who is sick we ask that you cancel your appointment. It is strongly recommended you see a doctor if you are feeling ill.
