Paul Bennicasa and his Amy are leaving NY for Massachusetts next week. In 50 years of martial arts training I can think of no one I've loved training with more. Paul is ABSOLUTELY HYSTERICAL and has done as much damage to my pulmonary system from laughing as he has in beating my ass. He's one badass motherf***** and among the kindest most empathetic people I've ever met, and he always stands up for those who can't. He may not be around as much but his most famous quote is on the wall here and will be honored always: "Sometimes you just gotta feed a mo*******ka an elbow." Stay in touch my brother ❤️.
