Food for thought. One of the main areas we are asked to support our clientele with is food variation. Here is a helpful explanation related to the struggle with eating fruits and veggies. Though health is a big priority, please *chew* on this perspective next time your loved one is struggling to eat!

Today is World Autism Day and the start of Autism acceptance month! We are so lucky to know and support such a group of amazing people. April is a reminder that our goal is to understand, accept, and empower those we love with neurodiversity. Choices Behavioral Health would like to celebrate this month by sharing information, art, products, and literature from individuals who have Autism! What better way to learn than from this population? Please feel free to share your favorite creators or small businesses!
