One of our Counxel On-Call members sought advice on removing their partner from their LLC. After discussing the scenario, we were able to guide them. The first step is to review any partnership agreement to see if it addresses the situation. The second step is to make an offer or state the reason for the force out. The third part involves negotiation. It's great that she is a Counxel On-Call member and was able to utilize her monthly strategy session to explore various options.
