I had the honor of participating in the Veterans Day Parade this morning as part of a entry. It was so much fun meeting the wonderful Veterans who came to participate with us and get to know them a little bit. As I was driving home my clock struck 11:11 so I took that moment to remember Armistice Day ending WWI so with a heart full of gratitude beyond measure, for all who have served and continue to serve. 🇺🇸🙏❤️ Thank you for your service!

After hours of training and lots of controlled failure they had several big successes, my daughter even had a 7 kilo PR jump and the look of pure JOY on her face after that lift was priceless!!
