It's been 8 years since the Valley has seen a balanced housing market. Now buyers have more of a chance According to the housing index for The Cromford Report, Arizona's market is "balanced" throughout the Valley.

What is Knock?

It takes the pain out of the home selling and buying process...

Selling a home and buying a new one can be tough for these reasons:

1) Closing dates rarely line up perfectly so where do you live when there is a gap between when your current house closes and the new home you bought closes? Post possessions can be helpful but a 2 month post possession wasn't enough time for me to find a house and close.

2) It's hard to pack, fix up the house and have showings at the same time.

3) You need money from the sell of your house to buy the new one.

Knock is a mortgage program that allows you to tap into your equity to buy your new house, move into the new house, and THEN put your old house up for sale!!!
You can even use funds to fix up the old place.
