I realized this morning that I haven’t posted in a long time here,almost a month 😱truth be told,July has been just about the busiest month Lafe and I have had all year and we have been so happy to have all of our regulars,getting their routine maintenance and I have taken zero pictures of our work 🤦🏼‍♀️sometimes I forget how important this social media game is,gosh I sound super senior hairstylist there 🤪

Anyway,back to posting now with this beautiful color block Lafe did this afternoon,thank you to this amazing long time client for always trusting us to take your inspo pics and just “do our thing” 🙏

Awesome new client let us get our hands on her pixie…

We did some color adjustments and added lowlights making the blonde pop and blend with the darker hair in the bottom. THEN I took the thinning shears to slim out the shape and add more texture to the top layers.

Anywho,fast forward to THIS summer…we are getting ready to take our annual summer break/closure/family vacation.

She told me “I just was trying to do something to make me feel pretty” and that hit me like a ton of bricks headed into year 17 of doing hair,that Lafe and I,really DO have the best job 🥹because we were going to be able to help 🙏

One at home color job and impulse cut later she was at our salon and we were happy to get to work 💪

Quick lesson on box color…it is a “one size fits all” kind of product AND maybe it works for you. Lord knows,I like a good kaftan dress AND sometimes that works BUT also,and mostly,I love a perfect fit jean or blouse,or,a custom design,made JUST for ME🤗 and that is how I explain to our clients the difference between at home and salon done hair color ✨

We aren’t here to judge,we are here to help and educate AND a to give amazing custom color at an affordable price 🤸🏼‍♀️because really really love what we do! 🙏
