We are excited to announce that Maggie Story CMCA, AMS, PCAM has been promoted to President of PMG Services! Maggie has been with the company for 15 years, several years as Vice President, she has contributed to the executive management team in uncountable ways. She will be navigating the company to the next level. We appreciate all the hard work and many sacrifices in addition to being a valuable asset to our company and team. Congratulations Maggie on a job well done!

Fast paced East Valley Community Management Company seeking applicants for experienced portfolio Community Association Manager. Community Association Manager candidates must have at least 1-year experience in managing homeowner associations, knowledge of AZ statutes, and a CMCA or CAAM designation. Candidates should also possess leadership capabilities, strong written and oral communication skills, be detailed oriented, proficient in MS Office and industry related software, and able to work under pressure. Position requires regular community inspections and compliance enforcement, oversight of vendors, assisting the Board of Directors in contract review and negotiation, drafting correspondence, requests for proposals, responding to service and owner requests, reviewing financial statements and preparing annual budget, and attending board meetings.

Congratulations to Mary Jo Edel, CMCA, AMS, PCAM for being approved by Community Associations Institute Board of Trustees for her nomination approval and her last term, 2022-2024 Legislative Action Committee(LAC)! She and her fellow LAC delegates will be on the front lines of CAI's efforts to promote vibrant, responsive, and competent community associations to state legislative, regulatory, and legal entities. Ms. Edel has contributed over the past 6 years in this endeavor to voice the Institute's various positions on bills before the AZ legislature - way to go Mary Jo!

This past Sunday, some of the PMG team were fortunate to attend the Diamondbacks/Tiger baseball game thanks to Cincsystems, thanks to Christen Gomez and team for the wonderful day at the game!
