Through Operation Gratitude, Team Jacksonville hand-filled 100 Battalion Buddies for the children of deployed service members. 🐻 Each Battalion Buddy wears a tag that says, "I'm your Battalion Buddy and I'm here to keep you company while your Mom or Dad is away. I'm so excited to join your family!"

Angel, a Maintenance Technician from our Bloomfield, CT plant, shares one of his favorite moments and how he feels about growth potential at Niagara. "One unforgettable moment was when we broke the shift production record during peak season and earned 'Shift of the Year.' Being acknowledged for our hard work is a great feeling. Every day, I feel empowered by the opportunity to learn something new. No matter what I already know, there is always someone who can teach me more. In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, Niagara Cares and our Culture and Engagement team joined forces with and the Asian Youth Center (AYC) to give HQ Team Members the opportunity to assemble mindfulness & mental health kits for students from AYC. 🧠 We're proud to support AYC’s Education and Enrichment Services mission to provide low-income and immigrant youth in the West San Gabriel Valley with afterschool and summer programming, internships, and volunteer opportunities.

“I love problem-solving, and that is what I get to do at Niagara. I get so excited knowing the tasks I work on are meaningful and will help save money or improve accuracy. Working with my awesome team, who share similar mindsets, makes the wins all the more exciting.
To current or future accounting professionals, work hard and you will see the results. Work with people who want to make a change just as much as you and find something to be passionate about while working. If you don't love your routine, then you're always just waiting for the weekend."
