PSA: just to let everybody know we are having issues with our Internet. We may have some delays on certain task. Please be patient with us as we are doing our best to rectify the situation. 

PSA: we are having to utilize cover my meds for all prior authorizations. For some reason, it is no longer letting us process it through our Personal EHR . We are currently waiting for our cover my meds account to be verified. So there is a delay in prior authorizations. Please be patient. As much as it is an inconvenience for you it is for us as well as it puts us further behind.  If you have any questions, please contact the office at 806-905-5175.

ALSO -November 1 we will no longer have the number ending and 3203. Everything will be converted over to the new office phone system.

Due to inclement weather, we are extending our clinic closure to Tuesday, January 16. We will not be returning to office until Thursday the 18th . stay warm 💙

Due to inclement weather and the possibility of dangerous driving conditions Monday, January 15, we are closing the clinic. We do apologize for any inconvenience. Our assistant general manager will be reaching out to patients to make arrangements for medication refills and those that have agreed to do video visits. There is a good possibility Tuesday we may close, but we will make that decisin weather pending . Stay safe and warm !

Good Morning Mesquite and surrounding communities - We are posting on behalf of 2 of our own employees. Our practice manager and one of our paramedics on staff have went through rough expereince .Our Practice manager's husband was driving home late last Thurday after being with his wife in the hospital. He was involved in a terrible accident involving extensive injuries with multiple surgeries and still one more to come. We are posting the go fund me set up by the families sister in law. Donations are appreciated but the Martin Family is asking for prayers more than anything. Please free to share and pray for a speedy recovery and much better days to come.

ATTENTION ALL PATIENTS: just to let everyone know the prior authorization system is down. I can see who needs one but it doesn’t let me proceed forward with submitting. I’ve put in two tickets so far I have been contacted and they let me know that they are actively working on fixing that issue.  as soon as it’s up and running. I plan on getting all of them caught up. Please be patient with us as this is out of our control.  once the system is up and running. I will update the post on here and we will start submitting prior authorizations again. I do apologize for the inconvenience this causes any of our patients.

Good Evening: Hope everyone is having a safe weekend. Just to let everyone know our Clinical Manager Danielle will be out of commission for a little while as she has been hospitalized again due to her health condition. Please be patient with us as we adjust without her being here for a little while. The plan is for her to return to work remotely once she is released and eventually return to clinic fulltime. I will do my best to help cover for her for our in-clinic needs. Please reach out to the office for any needs or concerns and I will do my best to help everyone individually as much as I can. She is doing well , just pray for her full recovery as these last 6 months has been very hard on her . She misses you guys and can't wait to get back to normal . Thank you for your understanding and patience with these temporary adjustments.

Also, just a reminder we are requiring UDS testing for all controlled medications. Tuesdays and Fridays are walk in Lab days for all UDS and Lab testing.

PSA** We are still trying to merge our call center contract - We are fully aware of the communication issues of getting through to the office. We our advising everyone to please text the office phone if you have the ability as it will help us meet your needs better. Our call volume is extremely high so sometimes if we have a lot of people holding on the cell phone -all other calls are cancelled out.

🛑🛑ATTENTION ALL PATIENTS 🛑
 we are changing a bunch of protocol when it comes to the prescribing of any controlled medication. Starting March 3rd,2023 ALL patients will be required to take a UDS prior to getting any controlled medication refilled.  You will need to show up to your appointments 2 to 3 days before your medication is due so from this point forward start scheduling appropriately so that you won’t go without medication. Unfortunately we have had patients that are not being compliant with their medication’s and there are laws that we have to remain compliant with .  In order to keep the staff and the providers license without risk, this will be a requirement for all patients .
We will have an on-site testing facility in house with two walk-in days available on Tuesdays and Fridays for UDS testing and for labs as well. You can walk in at any time on those days for UDS at your own convenience. PER Dr Nachawati, there will be no more prescribing of any controlled medication’s without a UDS being performed.
If you have any questions regarding this update, please feel free to reach out to the clinic . Please share and pass along . We also have flyers we will be handing out in clinic for reminders to avoid any conflict in the future .

To all the patients that took the time to check on me - I am so greatful. Everyone that helped out and made sure I was ok thank you. Unfortunately I will not be returning to clinic for awhile . Mariha who is our coordinator will be taking over for me as well while I’m out . I will be doing remote so I will still do my best to be there for everyone during my leave . Just a heads up we will be closed from December 16th through the 26th . Also we are having some issues with our phone but the phone will be active during our closing time . As of December 14 th our Nurse Practitioner has decided to move on to bigger adventures in her life for her family . We wish you the very best of luck and pray for your new adventure ❤️❤️❤️
