The City of Mesquite Parks and Recreation department has a fun-packed afternoon planned for April 8th at Paschall Park (1001 New Market Rd Mesquite, TX 75149) to allow the community to watch the total Solar Eclipse, play games, and more.
Activities include: classic car show, LED illuminated 25ft tall climbing wall, mini golf, co****le, soccer darts and more. First 100 guests can get a free hamburger or hotdog provided by Bubba’s 33 Restaurant.

Come early for a free eclipse t-shirt and Solar Eclipse viewing glasses while supplies last.

Yes, we are still in a seller's market BUT we are seeing some changes compared to the market in June.

- Avg sales price dropped almost 1%
- Avg days on market went up +3 days
-Homes sold dropped by 5
- Listed homes went up by 6

I'm seeing lots of price decreases so far this month, great news for buyers, seems like the market is cooling off a bit.

Stick around to see changes for August they are sure to be interesting.

So to the point- the market is slowly changing. We are still in a seller's market. People are still selling and buyers are still buying.📣🥳
