Our beautiful sauteed (not grilled) gulf shrimp drown in a sea of Worcestershire-spiked butter, with only crispy crostini for a life raft. What a way to go!

Our sweet chili-glazed ahi tuna garnished with toasted sesame seeds and fresh chives, served in a house-made wonton cup. The combination of sweet spice with wonton crunch is a satisfying exclamation point to flavor!

Montrachet Crostini
Soft chèvre – goat cheese from the Montrachet/Burgundy region of France - sprinkled on top of prosciutto, fresh tomatoes and house-made pesto slathered on a freshly toasted crostini!

Our delicious morsels are both beautiful to behold and satisfying to the appetite. Don't forget to pair with a nice glass of white wine!

The term roulade originates from the French word rouler, meaning "to roll". Louisiana has a long history of French cuisine and culture. Between our parties and festivals, we know to Lessez le Bon Temps Rouler (Let the Good Times Roll)!

Aroma Catering offers a delectable Chicken Roulade, stuffed with goat cheese and spinach and topped with a white wine, mushroom and shallot sauce. It’s an impressive dish that can be served at weddings, business lunches and family dinners - there is a roulade for every occasion!
