-Someone to handle the title clerk’s daily responsibilities.
-Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in which they will be titled.
-Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing the title application.
-Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person.
-Prepares tax and title documents.
-Log-in license plates received from the motor vehicle office.
-Cancel plates for traded-in cars.
-Balance account that pertains to the title desk.
-Scanning in documents received from customer/motor vehicle office.
-Receipt payment for duplicate titles and dealer-traded vehicles.
-Other tasks that are assigned.
