Bella Brazilian Wax is Louisiana’s first authentic Brazilian Waxing salon. Our founder/owner is from Brazil and has built the business using her extensive knowledge and experience in the medical and spa industry. Product formulas, waxing techniques, and service philosophies are all influenced by her background and training in Brazil.
At each of our locations you’ll find a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere with professionals who are skilled at waxing, as well as helping clients feel at ease. Our Licensed Estheticians know that everyone’s skin is different and they’re trained to perform services in the safest, most comfortable manner possible. Our specially formulated "hard wax" is perfectly suited for removing unwanted hair from the most delicate areas of the body, as well as for clients with more sensitive skin.
Throughout almost 30 years of education and experience, both in Brazil and the United States, Bella's owner always envisioned a waxing salon that offered ladies of all ages and backgrounds, the opportunity to be pampered for a price they could afford without sacrificing quality or comfort. Bella Brazilian Wax Spa Policies
Client Appointments
We ask that you arrive five minutes prior to your appointment in order to check in, fill out the consultation form, and use the ladies room.
Cancellations
We understand that things happen, but in order to provide all of our clients the opportunity to book available appointments, we ask that you cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can call during business hours to speak to one of our receptionists or leave a message on the Bella Brazilian Wax voicemail. If you cancel less than 4 hours before your appointment, you may be subject to a 50% charge of the full service price.
No Shows
If you have confirmed your appointment and you do not show, you will be charged 50% of the service price. If you are a repeat offender, you will be asked to pre-pay for your service at the time of booking the appointment. Bella Brazilian Wax reserves the right to restrict clients who no show habitually from booking future appointments. There are other clients who would have liked the time slot you reserved as well as Bella Estheticians who depend on the commission for the services they provide.
Late Appointments
The traffic! The parking! You never know what to expect. So, it’s always best to give yourself extra time. If you are running late, give us a call. Chances are if you are only 5 or 10 minutes behind we can fit you in. Later than 10 minutes and you will have to reschedule. In the event that we have availability, we will, of course, do our best to fit you in.
Walk Ins
We do accept walk ins based on availability, but we aren’t able to guarantee a spot. It is always best to give us a ring to make sure we can accommodate you. If you do walk in without calling, we will do our best to squeeze you in, but it’s quite possible you will have to wait until an esthetician is free to take you.
Age Requirement
All clients 17 and under must bring a parent to give their permission in order to receive a Brazilian Wax.
