Radix entomolaris from this morning - separate DL root. Glad we could help this patient out before he leaves for vacation 🛫🏖️

8 month follow-up on tooth #31. Before treatment, the CBCT scan showed bone loss in the furcation area with loss of buccal plate. Probing to the apex on the DB root was also noted. During treatment, no fractures were noted so we gave this tooth a chance. 8 month follow-up shows nice healing. Endo works! 🥳

Tooth #2 diagnosed with PN, SAP. Interesting anatomy with a deep split of MB2 off of P. We saw the patient for a consultation for another tooth today and CBCT showed healing of the periapical lesion on #2. Hope everyone has a great Memorial Day weekend 🇺🇸

Retreat #14. Missed MB2 and short fill on the other canals. CBCT showed large apical lesion. Hoping to see healing in six months 🧜🏻‍♀️

Fun little case from a couple days ago. Tooth #4 dx with PN, SAP. Apical and lateral lesion. Coronal bone was intact and PPD was WNL. Always fun to see that little sealer trail to the lateral 🥳 Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Happy New Year 🎆 Fun case from this morning. #23 dx with pulp necrosis, asymptomatic apical periodontitis. Two canals were cleaned & filled to 25.04. BC liner was placed, and pt was referred back to her general dentist for the final restoration. Hoping to see healing in 6 months 🤞

So glad we were able to help this cutie get his smile back!

Calcified and cracked #14 from this morning. Dx: SIP, SAP. 4 separate canals. Recommended build-up and crown ASAP with the referring dentist 🤞

Fun case from earlier this week. #19 previously initiated with separated instrument in the distal buccal. Instrument removed, and case completed ✔️

Friday follow-up 🤩 RCT #3 completed 6 months ago. Sinus tract and 12mm probing were present prior to treatment. No cracks were noted, so we decided to complete RCT. Nice bone fill at the 6 month follow-up. Love to see it!

Mandibular molars from earlier this week. All necrotic with variable root anatomy. 🌟

6 month follow-up on RCT #19. J-shaped lesion around the distal root to start with a 12mm pocket and sinus tract; no cracks noted on access. 3 mesial canals and 1 distal canal were cleaned and filled. CBCT shows nice healing at the 6 month follow-up. Patient was very happy to save his tooth. 😀

Pt presented with spontaneous throbbing pain on the LL. Tooth #19 was diagnosed with SIP, SAP. Four canals were cleaned and filled, with a little lateral canal on the mesial 😃 Or***ce barrier, cotton and Cavit, and back to her dentist for the crown.

Hope everyone had a great Mardi Gras! ⚜️🎭 Back to work after a couple days off. Tooth #30 dx with PN, SAP with moderately calcified mesial canals. 2 mesials and 2 distals (joined in mid-root) cleaned and sealed with bioceramic sealer.

🐙SIP, SAP #30 due to large decay. Four canals were cleaned and sealed, and the tooth was restored with composite. Now back to the general dentist for crown placement ✔️

Non-surgical retreatment #12 completed 6 months ago. Nice healing on 2D and 3D imaging at the 6 month follow-up. Endo works! 🙂

Two recent retreatments dx as previously endodontically treated with symptomatic apical periodontitis. Top case was thermafil with missed mb2 and bottom case had incompletely instrumented/obturated mb2. Looking forward to seeing the healing in these cases!
