Mission: The Productivity Coaching Program is designed to guide the agent and hold them accountable toward reaching cap and their highest potential. In addition, we assist the agent in building a foundation of competency.
Our Vision: is to be the #1 real estate coaching platform in Central NJ, creating productive, passionate, and successful agents that are able to focus on mastering the skills serving clients.
Values: God, Family, and then Business, in that order. We believe in being in business with the right people and the rest will take care of itself.
Our belief system is built on the following principles:
Purpose: the reason for your journey. Passion: the fire that lights your way
Persistence: a river cuts through rock, not because of its power but because of its persistence
Personal Growth: commitment to the process of self-mastery and development
Who You’re in Business With Matters: we are the average of the Top 5 people we associate with the most, choose wisely
Dominate and Disrupt: only dead fish swim with the current, there is no such thing as competition if you dominate and disrupt your market
Servant Driven Leadership: leadership through role modeling the behaviors we expect of others and coming from a heart of contribution rather than personal gain
Character: be more concerned with your character than your reputation, your character is who you really are, while your reputation is merely who others think you are
Success Through Others we will get all we want in life, if we help enough other people get what they want
Learning Based: the quest for life-long education is vital to growth and being the best you can be, pushing the limits of what you thought was possible
Accountability: we are a product of our actions and choices, not our circumstances, take ownership of where you are today and where you will be tomorrow, no victim mentality
Action: there is a difference between learning for learning sake and learning for doing sake, action and implementation is what it all comes down to.
Failing Forward: be willing to make mistakes and fail forward, failure always precede success. The Locker Room is dedicated to providing a world-class real estate coaching platform that focuses all of its efforts on building systems, models, resources, and support.
Who am I?
I am a licensed Broker as well as a pre-licensing instructor for the state of NJ
I am honored to have served on the Middlesex County Association of Realtors Board of Directors 2010 (Now the Metro Centre Association of Realtors)
I currently serve on the Standards and Procedures committee of MCAR 2018
I have served on the Circle of Excellence Committee several times – 2010-2012, 2017
I currently serve on the Agent Leadership Council – Career Development, as I have done several years in the past.
I facilitate the Blast program in our Market Center 2016-2017
I am a coaching professional who strives to find the best in others
I am currently a mentor to twenty agents in our market center and have mentored many others over the past few years.
I’m a person who believes in the value of helping others understand their strengths and minimize their weaknesses
I am a lifelong learner. I am passionate about understanding as much as I can regarding real estate, the personalities of those I come in contact with and situations I am confronted with, so I am able to help agents that I work with as effectively and efficiently as possible.
I consider myself having:
· The ability to easily understand and solve issues.
· The ability to organize my thoughts and guide others to organize theirs.
· The ability to read and understand people intuitively.
What makes me unique?
· I am a good listener. Rather than provide you with answers to issues or give you my opinion, I prefer to guide you in reaching your own resolutions and opinions by going three deep in questioning.
I am able to balance many hats:
· I am definitely a family person, and enjoy spending time with my husband Sal, two daughters, two sons-in-law, four grandchildren and close friends.
· I successfully raised two awesome daughters, Robin and Nicole. Robin is a middle school math teacher (she didn’t get it from me) and Nicole is the author of Some Kind of Jersey Girl (available on Amazon, and she didn’t get it from me)
· I write poetry, paint and draw, and I’ve sold my work at the Cranford Art Show, on ebay and I’ve also displayed my art at the Edison Township Municipal building.
· I value my friends, family, and the relationships I have.
