Kerryann Conway is a highly experienced yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. She has a passion for leading and directing students towards a healthy, active, and stress-free lifestyle. Kerryann is dedicated to bringing a world-class experience to all members, students, teachers, clients, staff, and friends of Namaste Studios.
Kerryann has a diverse range of skills and experience in the fitness industry. She has led fit camps in Malibu, CA and has experience in fitness management. Kerryann is also skilled in strategic planning and has designed nutritional plans, cardiovascular, and weight training programs. She has experience in group exercise instruction, rehab training, meditation, and yoga therapy. Kerryann specializes in seniors, stroke victims, knee, hip, and shoulder replacement therapy, core training, and alignment of the spine. Her approach to fitness is holistic and focuses on healing from the heart.
Kerryann is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher and has a Yoga for Children Certification from the International Sports Sciences Association. She also holds an Apex Fitness Certification and a Wellness Coach Certification. Kerryann is certified in CPR and First Aid by the American Heart Association.
Kerryann’s independent contracting experience includes one-on-one personal training, nutrition, wellness coaching, yoga, yoga for children, fitness, spinning, yoga therapy, and introducing rehab therapy to most clients with injuries and post-traumatic stress syndrome.
Kerryann’s objective is to strive towards leading and directing students to a more healthy, active, and stress-free lifestyle. She is dedicated to bringing a universal world-class experience to all members, students, teachers, clients, staff, and friends of Namaste Studios.
