Our Story
Kim and Tessa are real sisters and were born and raised in the Netherlands with a Croatian background. Tessa with a master degree in entrepreneurship and strategy and a background in finance always had a passion for real estate and interior design. Her younger sister Kim, a model that lived in different areas like: London, South America fell in love with Miami 7 years ago when they were travelling. Three years ago they decided to make the move and relocated from The Netherlands to Sunny Miami. They saw the magic of this city with a huge potential of growth in real estate.
After they re-located to Miami they started to work for a luxury rental boutique, managing the Miami market. During this time they learned a lot about the high-end water villa properties located on the beach and the islands ( Sunset, Fisher, Palm, Venetian Island). Besides learning about the market and design, they developed their clientele and relationships. They had clients from all over the world included famous dj's, singers, athletes and businessmen. The next logical step was focusing on sales, since all their clients fell in love with Miami and were willing to invest in a house or condo.
Tessa brings her interior decorating and financial talents to our team. This allows us to assist buyers and sellers in seeing the potential of a home design or the declutter aspect of getting your home ready to sell and achieve its highest value. Kim's main focus is to listen to what her clients are telling her and to help them in every way possible to make their dreams become reality while ensuring the process is stress-free and…FUN! What they have in common is their Dutch work ethic, passion for real estate and finding dream homes for clients.
