Swizzle OG was a bar design and creation I worked on for one year before even breaking ground. There was no pre existing bar at WPH Hotel so I felt the pressure in utilizing the space as best as I could, without taking too much of it, or too little. Working from NYC and flying down to Miami just to make sure a column was the right size (was an experience) but of course (visiting for a drink Shana at , at Broken Shaker / 27, Will at , At Gato and at The Shack bar at Anderson, at Bitter Truth, at the Matador Bar, at , at was always a thing to do). After one year of back and forward with my design, delete, do again, not good enough, this sucks, ok now we are somewhere, I’m happy, lets do it, can’t wait to open Swizzle OG was born or to be more precise Swizzle Caribbean Rum Bar for those who remember ❤️ It brings me nothing but joy to announce the soon to open a similar concept (Latin America inspired Tiki or “What if the Zombie was created in Oaxaca” mentality) Delirio Tiki Bar by Swizzle in Miami!! Won’t reveal much, but damn I’m stocked again!! Will be EPIC! See you soon Miami! 🔥❤️🏖🥂

The concept Tiki meets Latin America, it’s flavors and ingredients is a very important project for me. Danilo Božović]] approach was like: “What if Tiki was born in Mexico City, Cartagena or Buenos Aires. What if the Zombie was created in Oaxaca?”. Danilo Božović]] always looked for a position of passion to drive a project. When creating the menu, the goal was to provide the craziest combination of flavors, to wow with every sip without the matter of one having just one drink or more. The goal was a elevated gastronomical experience that will make one be more happier then they came in. The French Job is a creation by founding partner .bozovic who wanted to incorporate a non so used ingredients with like parmesan cheese, with parmesan tincture made in house for a slight bitter note, in house made camomile and stepped cheese. I’m always happy when the culinary geniuses behind come by and enjoy this drink. The French would be proud 💯 See you tonight Miami
