This was my second visit to Tatianna and she continues to provide an extremely high level of service in every respect. She is clearly exceptionally knowledgable and experienced. She's continues to be very straightforward, extremely thorough and clear in providing information, and highly professional while also being quite warm and friendly. She does not try to push procedures and actually dissuaded me from procedures that ultimately I don't need or would not serve my overall goals for my appearance. It's clear her priority is me, my goals, and helping me achieve them by explaining all the options, their pros and cons, and what I can realistically expect as far as outcomes. Her treatment recommendation of the Tixel laser was perfect for me. She also discussed my needs and preferences as far as how aggressive the treatment would/should be. She explained everything thoroughly and my outcome was exactly as we discussed both in terms of results and healing/downtime. It was the exact downtime I wanted and the results and healing process were exactly as explained. The Tixel had minimal downtime and I definitely had visible improvement in texture, tone, and the unevenness of my complexion. I'm excited to complete the remaining few sessions and to see the continued improvement in my skin. I also received my first treatment with Renuva. As always, Tatianna really spent the time needed to help me understand everything I needed to know about the procedure and recovery to make the best decision for me. In fact, she spent significantly more time than we had scheduled just to make sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction and all my concerns were addressed. She talked me through every part of the procedure and was absolutely amazing at the administration of the product both technically and in terms of minimizing any pain and discomfort. The immediate results were almost unbelievable. I looked significantly more youthful and all of the problem areas we discussed were corrected to perfection. My partner was flabbergasted at the immediate visible change. She also explained the healing and recovery process and what I can expect in terms of the results as they vary through the recovery process and time it takes for the treatment to have it's full effect. I'm almost a week out from the procedure and the recovery is unfolding exactly as she explained and I remain thrilled with the results. I cannot wait to see the full effects over the next several months. I'd also like to note that everyone I have interacted with at Skincare By Amy Peterson has been a pleasure and delight, from the wonderful front desk staff to Amy Peterson herself who took the time to check in and say hello and ask about my experience. This place and everyone in it is a gem. And it certainly may not sound like it, but I'm an extremely tough customer with very high standards when it comes to cosmetic procedures. I'm 54 years old and have been a consumer of many, many cosmetic procedures over the past 20 years and have seen some of the most acclaimed and top-of-their field providers in NYC, Boston, LA, Chicago and Miami. I don't say any of these things lightly. I'm also a busy doctor with my own practice and would not take so much time to write such thorough reviews if I weren't SO impressed and satisfied. And all my positive words were earned and well-deserved.

Let’s just say I’ve been around the block a number of times when it comes to cosmetic procedures and providers, I have very high standards, am not easy to impress, and I’m not prone to hyperbole. Tatiana is exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled. One of the best I’ve encountered in my decades of navigating procedures and providers. From initial consult to helping me understand my options and what procedures could address my goals, through to performing my procedures, she was extremely thorough, professional, warm, friendly, and simply top notch in all regards.
