The “conversations” with the narc always left me feeling perplexed 🤔. Like WTH 🤦🏽‍♀️ just happened?

Sometimes they do go after individuals that are strong will, that will speak up, that won’t just sit by and get insulted, confident and little by little they begin to chip away your soul. Before you know it, you’re a mere shell of who you were before.
Narcs love power and control and it’s a challenge to break one down, to the point we can’t recognize who we were any longer.

☄️It’s TIME to RENEW YOUR SPIRIT!

On average, more than three women and one man are murdered by their intimate partners each day in the United States. This is not counting other countries. Let’s NOT add to the statistics, it’s already overwhelming.
Be safe and if no one today has said they love you, I LOVE YOU and YOU Matter.

The most dangerous domestic violence time to leave, is the time you halt. Keep moving.
Save money if you can and hide it.
Don’t convey your intentions to anyone because they may share info to the abuser. You and only you can decide who you will shares info.
Make a plan, if you do not have money, there are shelters in place for you and the kids.
Call someone that you know, will be there for you.
Get the f**k out, when you have the opportunity and don’t look back ! Runnnnnnn

You will never get closure. Give yourself the closure and begin by picking up the pieces.

They use children as pawns, not caring the effects that will carry throughout adulthood. 😡😡

RELATIONSHIP WITH A NARCISSIST IN A NUTSHELL: You will go from being the perfect love of their life to nothing you do is good enough. You will give everything and they will take it all and give you less and less in return. You will end up depleted emotionally, mentally, spiritually, physically, and probably financially. And then get blamed for it.

Children do suffer at the hands of narc parents 😭😭.

It is emotionally exhausting trying to convince others that it’s all lies.

You have the strength to accomplish this! Erase those old limiting beliefs and those that have been programmed in your mind.

If it triggers me, it means I need to go deeper and find that part that hasn’t heal yet and work to heal it. Our inner child will never deceive us, pay close attention to it. ❤️❤️
