🔹DAILY WALKING🔹

Why YOU should walk at least 6000 steps a day! 💯❤️
•
Because most people are sitting down most of the day it’s important that we keep our body moving to counteract sedentary lifestyles. 🪑
•
Daily walking increases metabolism by burning extra calories leading to some extra fat loss. 🔥
•
Just 1000 steps a day lowers systolic blood pressure by .45 mmHg, that means walking 6000 could lower blood pressure by 2.7 mmHg. 🩸
•
Research shows that daily walking actually your hormonal system so much that you’ll experience a decrease in anger. Taking a walk in greenery may amplify this mood boost as well! 😃

🔹Stability Ball Roll Out🔹
💪 This exercise is great for challenging the core but keep in mind this is an intermediate or advanced core exercise. Before trying this variation make sure to be efficient in performing front planks and roll out with your feet on the ground.
🏋️♀️ Using the stability ball will force you to recruit the core muscles in a different manner by adding an instability component to it. We elevated the feet in this exercise to progress it by “adding gravity” which will be sure to make it more challenging.
📝 If any pain or excess extension is happening in the lower back make sure to regress this exercise by placing the feet back on the ground.
🔹Landmine press🔹
📝 The landmine helps stabilize the weight through the movement as you press overhead, helping with stability, while still being able to load the bar in order to improve strength.
🦶 To add some forefoot stability get up on the balls of your feet. So if the focus of the exercise is keeping pressure on the front of the foot it creates more stability with the ankle in a different position.
